We will gladly exchange or offer a credit note for change of mind. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

• Within 30 days of receiving the item.
• We will email you with a credit note coupon code with your name as the code as soon as we receive the returned package.
• Credit notes do not expire
• Please email info@stylehub.com.au if you would prefer an immediate  exchange of size or style as soon as you have posted the item.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• We will offer a refund for true faults.
• We have the right to deny the nature of a true fault and not grant a refund.
• Please send back your return using a trackable service as lost items  will not be exchanged or refunded.
