The item I want is sold out…what do I do?
Email us at email@example.com with the name of the item (or description if you can’t think of it) and we’ll let you know if we’re getting anymore back. If we are, we’ll put you on the list to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.
If I order something today, when will I receive it?
If you live in metro Sydney, you will receive your item the next day.
Free standard shipping takes between 1-3 days for orders in Australia
Express shipping will be delivered next day for all metro areas around Australia.
2 days for rural Australian towns.
International orders will be delivered within 3-10 days.
If you need something urgently, please call or email us and we will work out the fastest possible shipping method for you. If you’re in Sydney, we can get your order to you in a matter of hours.
You can elect to pick up your order from our Westfield Sydney CBD store if that is easier for you.
Is your country not on our shipping list?
Simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange another form of shipping for you!
How do I access my store credit?
Email email@example.com and we will sort it out for you. You have 12 months to use a store credit.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking info.
